Dr. Robert Weltman is a board-certified physician specializing in dermatology, dermatologic
surgery, and Mohs micrographic surgery. He received his medical degree from New York
University College of Medicine, continuing his education in internal medicine at Weill Cornell
University, and ultimately specializing in dermatology at the New York University Skin and
Cancer Center. Upon completion of his dermatology residency, he was chosen to be the Chief
of Service for Dermatology at the Manhattan VA Medical Center. After a half decade of service
there, he was accepted into a Mohs Micrographic Surgery fellowship at the University of
Wisconsin. Dr. Weltman has been practicing dermatology and dermatologic surgery for more
than three decades.
Dr. Robert Weltman is a member of the American Medical Association, American Academy of
Dermatology, American College of Mohs Surgery, the Florida Medical Association and Florida
Society of Mohs Surgeons.
Dr. Robert Weltman has broad experience in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide spectrum of skin
conditions with specialized knowledge and experience in the surgical treatment and
reconstruction of difficult skin cancers.
