Dr. Christopher Savage

Christopher R. Savage, M.D., F.A.C.S., received his Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering, graduating Magna Cum Laude from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. He received his Doctor of Medicine from Wright State School of Medicine, receiving the Academy of Medicine Outstanding 3rd Year Medical Student and graduated as a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. Dr. Christopher Savage completed both his General Surgery Internship and his Otolaryngology Residency at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, University Hospital and was named Chief Resident of Otolaryngology during his final year. He finished his Post Graduate Training with a Fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery with Dr. Devinder Mangat through the Educational and Research Foundation for the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (AAFPRS), in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Dr. Savage is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, a Fellow of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology and a member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Having published numerous peer-reviewed articles and presented at several national meetings, Dr. Savage is always open to learning about new advances in his field.

Dr. Christopher Savage is co-founder of The Mid Florida Institute of Plastic Surgery in Altamonte Springs, FL and is the Director of Cosmetics & Plastic Surgery for Mid Florida Dermatology & Plastic Surgery. He specializes in plastic and reconstructive surgery of the face and neck, performing face and neck lift surgery, brow lifts, eyelid surgery, rhinoplasty and septoplasty, otoplasty (ear-pinning) and fat grafting to the face. He also offers non-surgical treatments including Botox, Dysport, facial fillers, chemical peels and is well-versed in the use of several different lasers. Dr. Savage strives to make sure that every patient is treated with kindness and respect. He understands that every patient is different and designs a unique, specialized treatment plan for each patient.

In his free time, Dr. Savage enjoys spending time with his two children, attending their school and sports activities, playing with their new puppy and spending as much time as possible participating in outdoor activities including fishing and jet-skiing.
