Nostril Refinement

Your nose is an important component in the overall balance of your face, and your nostrils are an important factor in the overall balance of your nose. If your nostrils are asymmetrical, “flare” (especially when you smile), or are pinched and narrow, our surgeons can perform a procedure called Weir Alarplasty (nostril refinement) to refine them.

Who is it for?

An adult or older teenager who wants nostrils that are more proportionate to each other and the rest of their nose and face.

What is treatment like?

A small incision will be made, a portion of soft tissue will be removed or reshaped, and the incision will be closed, effectively shrinking and reshaping your nostrils and the base of your nose.

Nostril refinement can be performed alone or in conjunction with a rhinoplasty.
