Dr. Francille MacFarland

Dr. Francille MacFarland is an accomplished physician with many years of experience in dermatological medicine. She completed her residency at University District Hospital in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico and went on to establish a private practice in Winter Garden, Florida. In 1982, Dr. MacFarland moved her practice to Winter Park, where she has been practicing ever since.

Dr. MacFarland was formerly Chief of Dermatology at the Naval Regional Medical Center in Orlando and has held six distinct hospital affiliations.  She is also an assistant professor at University of Florida College of Medicine, where she trains residents in the Division of Dermatology. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she has been a versatile asset to our team since 2010!
