Alicia earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University of South Florida. She then gained clinical experience as a medical assistant in a busy dermatology practice in Tampa before attending Physician Assistant school at the Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine at Florida International University in Miami. During her PA school training, she completed additional dermatology training and experience at Mount Sinai Medical Center on Miami Beach. After completing her PA education and training, Alicia earned her Masters and National Board Certification as a Physician assistant. Additionally, she is a part of the Society of Dermatology Physician Associates and American Academy of Physician Associates. Outside of her professional interests, she enjoys making arts and crafts, beach strolls, hiking, and staying active. She is also a black belt in Taekwondo.
