Call Center Representative

Your Role:

  • Answer and respond to a high volume of patient calls servicing 25 office locations
  • Greet patients when they call
  • Schedule appointments and follow up visits for new and existing patients
  • Utilize electronic records system to create and update patient information
  • Collect basic patient and insurance information
  • Monitor where and when physicians are scheduled, what procedures they perform, and what insurances are accepted
  • Assist patients with locating an office nearest them that can meet their needs
  • Assist patients with relevant office location directions as needed
  • Call patients and assist with rescheduling needs as they arise
  • Take messages for office locations as needed and relay them to the appropriate location or physician
  • Routine cleaning of the office space, kitchen, etc.
  • Abide by HIPAA, and other relevant medical office regulations

Your Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • Experience handling high volume calls efficiently
  • Good listening skills
  • Great communication skills
  • A positive attitude
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to make patients feel comfortable, welcome, and heard
  • Prior customer service experience a plus
  • Must be able to operate as a team player
