Caitlyn Rhoades

Caitlyn Rhoades is a Florida native who grew up in Winter Garden. She spent eight years with Orlando Health as a corporate pool nurse, gaining diverse clinical experience while floating across multiple units and hospitals. She later earned her Master of Science degree from the University of South Florida and became a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner.

Healthcare runs in Caitlyn’s family. Her mother is a registered nurse, and her identical twin sister is also an APRN. Caitlyn is passionate about providing compassionate, personalized care and strives to make every patient feel comfortable, empowered, and confident in the care they receive.

Outside of work, Caitlyn enjoys staying active through yoga and running, spending time with her two young children, and sneaking away to the beach for a day of fishing with her husband.
