Karen Vejano

Karen Vejano is a Board-Certified Physician Assistant through NCCPA. She is a member of the
Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants, and the
American Academy of Physician Assistants. Karen is a Florida native but spent her last two years in South
Carolina working in Dermatology and Plastic Surgery focusing on medical, surgical, and cosmetic needs.
While in South Carolina, she received the Best Physician Assistant award through the Best of Bluffton
and Sun Today Select.

Karen Vejano attended Florida State University and obtained her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science
then continued her education at Keiser University and obtained her Master of Science in Physician
Assistant Studies, both of which she received honors. Karen has extensive experience working with
numerous Dermatologists and Plastic Surgeons. In her spare time, you will find her working out,
traveling, attending sporting events, or spending quality time with her fiancé, family, friends, and
German Wirehaired Pointer puppy, Gunner.
